Bowl Expo lands in Denver this year with great seminars, networking with your peers, and the latest equipment and services on display. You won't want to miss the show this year and some outside activities to enjoy.
The Mile High City is great for good food, cold beer, and sports. The Gaylord Rockies Resort is the host hotel this year and near the airport. It's a short 40-minute drive to downtown. With that in mind, here are some nearby eateries and some in Denver proper.
Near The Gaylord
For Indian food, check out Coriander in Green Valley Ranch, about 10 minutes from the hotel. https://www.corianderdenver.com/
Denver has a great Asian food scene, and there is a Vietnamese place less than 10 minutes from the hotel called Pho 92. Be sure to try the Banh Mi in addition to the amazing Pho. https://pho92-airport.com/
Dining options inside the Gaylord are numerous. From grab-n-go meals at The Marketplace or pub fare from the Mountain Pass Sports Bar that features a 75-foot TV screen! There is a great steakhouse called Old Hickory Steakhouse on the property that will also satisfy the carnivores and wine lovers.
FOR FINE DINING, here are a couple of steakhouses in downtown Denver that get rave reviews:
The Capital Grille is a classic-style eatery serving what you expect from a fine dining establishment. Spot on service, a big wine list, and juicy steaks. https://www.thecapitalgrille.com
Guard and Grace is a Michelin-rated steakhouse with miles and miles of fiery grills and charcuterie, an oyster bar, and a massive wine cellar. https://www.guardandgrace.com/location/denver/
For Italian dining, check out Barolo Grill (Michelin-rated) for fine Northern Italian cuisine: https://www.barologrilldenver.com/ or for more casual Italian, try Cattivella: https://www.cattivelladenver.com/
